Common questions.
About this tool and how to use the result.
Is it OK to ask customers for reviews?
Yes. Google encourages asking every customer. What is not allowed is offering rewards for reviews, or only asking customers you know are happy (review gating).
Will the QR code stop working?
No. The QR code contains your review link directly, with no redirect through our site, so it works as long as your Google profile exists.
Where should I put the poster?
Where customers wait or pay: the counter, reception, the till, inside the van door, or on the back of receipts and business cards.
